December is the time of eager expectation of Christmas and the New Year. Let’s not be discouraged by December’s cold, cloudy and rainy days and take our time to meet our friends and families. Polish pre-Christmas parties that prominently feature pickled herring (“śledzik”) are a wonderful tradition that promotes networking. Get out of the house for just a little while and meet your friends to celebrate this magical time. We’ve prepared a special December insert to the menu of the Tamara Restaurant.
Our December insert is pretty much a holiday must-have for your taste buds:
- red borscht with tiny dumplings – PLN 13

- platter of cured meats from the Chef’s smokehouse (ham, bacon, pork loin, daisy ham, ham sausage, pickles,
- horseradish,

- fried pierogi dumplings with cabbage and mushroom – PLN 23
- fried carp with Christmas cabbage served with potato-horseradish purée – PLN 37
- cheesecake with white chocolate – PLN 12
- warming tea with cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, honey and lemon – PLN 14
- mulled wine with cloves and orange – PLN 14
