New dishes on the menu at Tamara Restaurant
The new autumn menu of the Tamara Restaurant is fascinating and rich. It includes already familiar propositions – we want to keep the things our Guests love!
Take a look at the new menu:
- Smoked beef tartare is the starter that has been a huge hit among our guests for many months thanks to the fine quality of its ingredients and the sophisticated serving style.
- The new menu also keeps the vegan cream of lentil soup with roasted tomatoes and bell peppers with mozzarella or tofu. This nutritious meal is prepared from local products. A warming soup like this is a particularly good idea on a cold afternoon.
- We are also keeping the sandwich with home-made pastrami for the autumn and winter season. The secret of our pastrami is that we brine and smoke the meat in house. Our chef has a flair for it!
The new menu includes a number of very interesting dishes and we can’t wait to tell you about them:
- Mszczonów-style milk-caps – a fascinating twist on local cuisine. Milk-caps are a local mushroom also collected around Mszczonów. We prepare them with olive oil and garlic to uncover their full flavour and aroma.
- Oriental-style salmon with bottle gourd and ginger – a great warming dish for long autumn evenings.
- Autumn is the time of potatoes, which can be found in many forms. We’ve prepared cream of potatoes and leek with crispy bacon and chive. This dish is the essence of simplicity, which can be found in good quality ingredients and serving style. Potatoes have never tasted better!
- Shrimps with kaffir lime – the special flavour is thanks to kaffir - an Asian variety of lime, which has an unmistakeable aroma.
- Those who love pasta should go for pasta nero with seafood and spinach.
- No dinner is complete without a dessert – anyone can agree with that. We recommend cheesecake with white chocolate and raspberry mousse – delicious!
