- This Privacy Policy defines the principles of processing and protecting personal data provided by users in connection with their use of the services offered by the Hotel Panorama website (hereinafter: the Service)
- The administrator of the personal data contained in the Service is Panorama s.c., Mszczonów 96-320, ul. Tarczyńska 109a registered under the business registry number NIP: 8381621854 (hereinafter: the Data Controller).
- In order to ensure the security of entrusted personal data, the Data Controller operates based on internal procedures and recommendations, compliant with relevant legal acts regarding personal data protection, and in particular with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

- accepting reservations using the online booking system based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR,
- providing services offered by the Data Controller based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR,
- marketing, including sending commercial information to email addresses if the Customer has consented by selecting the appropriate option during the booking process, based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. Consent to data processing for marketing purposes and sending commercial information can be withdrawn by clicking the appropriate link in the received message or sending such a request to the Data Controller's email address,
- pursuing the legitimate interest of the Data Controller in specific cases based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, e.g., debt collection,
- At the first visit to the Hotel Panorama website, the user is informed about the use of cookies. By continuing to use the website, the user consents to the use of cookies on the website. Not changing browser settings by the user is equivalent to consenting to the use of cookies.
- Changes to cookie settings will take effect after restarting or refreshing the session on the Data Controller's website.
