dried mushroom borscht with ‘uszka’ dumplings with cabbage and mushroom filling, carp fired in dough, dumplings with cabbage filling, jellied carp, herring in three flavours, bread, kutya, a selection of Christmas cakes: gingerbread, cheesecake, poppy-seed cake, stewed fruit, water/juice/coffee/tea, special menu for children, festive breakfast 25 Dec., red borscht with meat patty/crepes with cottage cheese and gingerbread aroma, cold starters on tables:
- pâté with smoked plum
- a platter of cured meats from our own smokehouse
- roast pork loin with horseradish mousse
- vegetable salad
- herring salad
- a selection of Christmas cakes
- water/juice/cofee/tea/cocoa

Beef Stroganoff with boletes and a crusty baguette/chicken broth with “uszka” dumplings, pork tenderloin roulade in French mustard sauce served with horseradish purée, along with Brussels sprouts and chestnuts/ pizza with ham and pineapple, chocolate cake/muffin, stewed fruit, water/coffee/tea/juice, special menu for children
